What is Race?

10. Colorblindness will not end racism.

In the context of being ‘colorblind’ to race, the real solution is contrary to what many people believe, as it is important to understand the differences that build the ever-important diversity that builds our world and communities. Being ignorant, even willingly so, to race is the opposite and at the same time irresponsable approach to solving the global problem we all undergo. It is the obligation of all members within society to accept their own differences in belief, race, and status from others. If this familiarity can be restored between neighbors, countless issues, from quarrels to murders, can be avoided and a new and stable world can enter into a time of prosperity, as it is our ignorance of the understanding of the differing beliefs of others that fuel the ongoing fight between neighbors.
